This form is powered by an integration with OpenSolar, a third-party solar design and quoting platform. Data you submit through this form is transmitted to OpenSolar to generate your quote. See Section 8 (Third Parties) for details.

When you contact us, we collect:

Any message content or details you choose to share
Employees of Service Providers, Contractors & Vendors
Where individuals from our contractors, suppliers, or service providers visit our premises or work with us, we may collect:
Name, employer, and contact details
Photo identification (for site access/security purposes)
Nationality and gender, where relevant to site safety/compliance records
Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive updates from us, we collect your name and email address for that specific purpose.
We do not collect special category data (e.g. health, religious belief) or data from children.

E. How Long We Keep Your Data
Quote and enquiry data: retained for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months), unless you become a customer, in which case standard contractual/legal retention periods apply.
Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Contractor/Vendor site access records: retained in line with our internal security and audit requirements, and applicable legal record-keeping obligations.
Cookie data: retained according to the duration set out in our cookie policy/consent tool (see Section G)
After these periods, we delete your data or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
F. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the EU/EEA (or another jurisdiction granting equivalent rights), you have the right to:
